Miranda Legovic (Bodor) was born in Čakovec in 1961. She graduated from the School of Applied Art in the Department of Photography in 1981. Since graduation she has been working as a professional photographer and has participated in joint exhibitions at the Photo-Club „Zagreb“ during the period from 1984 to 1988 as well as in joint exhibitions of Grožnjan Artists continuously from 1986 until today. She has exhibited in international juried exhibitions in Kranj and Mallorca. In 2008 she participated on the exhibition „Women in Art“ in Bari (Italy).

For six years she led the gallery exhibition program of the Italian Community in Novigrad.
She is the initiator and president of the Association of Photographers of Istria, and the head of a series of educational programs in the field of photography.
